Clear line Base Installation Guide
Greenhouse bases are supplied with most greenhouses some greenhouses come with integral bases so the installation may vary always check the installation guide supplied before you start work.
The greenhouse shown in these pictures is a 6 x 9 clearline Base Step 1 Step 2 Greenhouse Galvanised Base Bases are used as a foundation for the greenhouse you can use various methods to form a base the simplest way is to purchase a galvanised steel base. Assembly The four sides of the base are held with nuts and bolts and a corner spike once assembled you will need to dig four holes one in each corner. Base Spikes Once the corner spikes are bolted in to position use an adjustable spanner to splay the bottom of the spike out this will help with the grip in the concrete. Step 3 Step 4 Step 5 Base Positioning Now drop the frame in to position with one spike in each hole. and arrange it roughly in to the desired position Levels Support the base around the four sides and adjust the height by packing it of the ground to ensure it is level. Square ness Now use a tape measure to measure the diagonals from corner to corner the size needs to be the same to ensure the base is square. Now fill your holes with concrete taking care not to disturb the base
