PART 4

Now on to the roof the important thing to watch here is the order in which you actually do this section. The roof vent which is bagged separate cannot be left it has to be installed when you reach the roof panel where the roof vent is to be fitted.

If you have a 6 x 7 or 6 x 5 greenhouse then you will have less panels in your roof.

Step 1 - Part 4

Start by sliding a bolt into each of the internal slots in the top of the angle bars. loosen the bolts in the angle plate and lift the ridge bar. You will need to people to safely lift the ridge in to place.

Push the bar from below up through the now loosened angle bars push one side up first then twist the other up through. Then slide the bar into line with the grooves pull up the two bolts tighten and repeat on the opposite end.

Step 2 - Part 4

Now you are ready to insert the sheet of polycarbonate remember the sheet has an external and internal surface only remove all the covering just before you put the sheet in to place as its impossible to tell afterwards.

First slide the sheet in to the edge angle bar then push the sheet up in to the ridge. Push the sheet up until the bottom is inside the bottom channel the pull the sheet down in to the bottom channel.

Insert two bolts in to the joining bar and put the bar in to place leave the bolts loose

Step 3 - Part 4

Depending on which size greenhouse you have ordered you can now repeat this process across the roof until you reach the other side. The last sheet is slightly different it needs to be put in the two sides

To do this hold it up close to but not in the ridge push it in to the joining bar then gently bend the sheet and insert it in to the side of the gable bar once its in the two bars you can push the sheet up in to the ridge.

Once the bottom is in its channel its important to pull the sheet back down again.

Step 4 - Part 4

You now have to fit two bracing bars to the two end panels.

Step 5 - Part 4

We have a 6 x 9 greenhouse and we want the roof vent in the third panel the roof installation is as above until you get to the panel where you want the roof vent.

	Step 5 - Part 4 With your roof vent in place you can now add the final two braces and tighten all the bolts in the roof. The ridge may require some pushing down to get all the joining sections neatly in to place.
